3.4 Authentication

We use Clerk, a third-party authentication service, to manage user accounts. By creating an account, you agree to Clerk's terms of service and privacy policy.

4. AI-Generated Content and Predictions

4.1 No Guarantees

• All predictions are generated by artificial intelligence algorithms
• Predictions are probabilistic estimates, not certainties
• Past performance does not guarantee future results
• We make NO WARRANTY regarding the accuracy, reliability, or profitability of any prediction

4.2 Not Professional Advice

• Our predictions are NOT professional betting advice
• You should not rely solely on our predictions for betting decisions
• We are not liable for any financial losses incurred from using our predictions
• Gambling carries inherent risks; bet responsibly

4.3 Data Sources

• We aggregate data from third-party providers (including API-Football)
• We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of third-party data

5. Intellectual Property Rights

We use third-party AI services (Google Gemini, OpenAI, DeepSeek) to generate predictions. These services have their own terms of use.

12. Modifications to Service and Terms
